烘乾式脫水機
Baking-dry type water stripper

 


構造Structure：

1. 採用鑄銑底座，重心穩，內外筒採用不銹鋼製成，堅固耐用。
2. 加熱器裝配於鋁蓋上，可直接加熱。
3. 電源系統均採用自動控制。

1. Adopt casting-cutting base, low gravity center, both inner and outer columns are made up of stainless steel, highly rigid and wear resistant.
2. Heater is equipped on the aluminum cover, it can be heated directly.
3. Power supply system is fully automatic control.

使用方法Method of usage：

先上電源將加熱器加熱約7分鐘後將加工製品裝入內筒，蓋上鋁蓋，就能自動脫水興烘乾，視加工品質需要能在1~3分鐘完全乾燥，打開鋁蓋，自動切斷電源。

Connect the power and start the heater to heat for about 7 minutes, then put the materials to be processed into the inner column, put on the aluminum cover, it can then perform stripping and baking automatically, depends on the need of the materials to be processed, they mostly can be fully dried in 1~3 minutes, when the aluminum cover is opened, the electrical power will be shut off automatically.

用途Applications：

一般電鍍製品、電子零件、塗飾製品及其他脫水、脫油與烘乾。

Common electroplating products, electronic components, paint-decorated hardware and other water stripping, oil stripping and baking.

 
用途：洗衣業、食品業、五金業、化工業、洗車業、醫院、電子業、球場等
