烘乾機 Tumbler Dryer

4. 內糟係採用迴轉式,能將布質色澤損傷率喊少至零,排風效困良好自然乾燥,效率至為優良
5. 遺留在內糟的穢物,可經由前方底部之蓋內輕清除

功能與特點 Function and Characteristics:

1. 機型美觀、外殼堅固耐用,店面裝璜不可少。
2. 機台內桶不銹製,外殼鋼板、烤漆、防銹處理永保機台美觀、清新。 一般噴漆外殼,未經防銹處理,固使用中溫度與濕度變化外殼很快生銹與褪色。
3. 使用範圍廣闊,是工商洗染業以外眾多行業不可缺少之產品。
4. 操作簡便,從開始到完成,自動操作,而使用效果良好,節省商品之成本。

三種系統加熱三大特點:
Three great advantages for three heating systems:

1. 瓦斯加熱,使用中因沒瓦斯或其化因素未點燃時,自動警示與關閉瓦斯、安全防護裝置。
2. 蒸氣加熱,採用整支銅管彎曲成型未經焊燒保持銅管耐久不破,使加熱器壽命延長。一般加熱器,採用幾10U型彎管焊燒式型,銅管因焊燒變質容易破裂。
3. 電熱式,電熱散熱片密度比一般多1倍,產生電熱,與省電效果,並延長電熱管使用期限。

1. Gas heating: Without gas or not burned for other reasons in use, it will alarm and turn off the gas automatically. Safety protection device.
2. Steam heating : Adopting total copper tube bending method without welding, so it's stronger and can extend the heater's life. Traditional heaters adopt 10U bending welding type so the copper's structure changed and becomes easy to break.
3. Electric heating: The electric heat sink's density is twice as usual design and therefore has better electric heat and saving energy effect. The electric heat tube's life can also be extended.
